NHRA Finals in November – Don’t Miss the Championship Action

This November marks the end of the NHRA season – it’s just about over so don’t miss all the action as these racers compete to see whose top speed will win this season’s finale.

Only two weekends remain:

From October 31stto November 3rd, NHRA racers go to Las Vegas for the Dodge NHRA Nationals. This event is the next-to-last event that will decide the season’s NHRA Mello Yello world and other championships, so there is plenty at stake. Each race really counts as the drivers compete for a slot in the finals coming up in just two weeks. This venue is the same as the Spring LVMS, though this time the race is cut to two lanes, and the potential for cooler weather makes for high drama at an event where world titles are on the line.

RV Camping at LVMS: You can camp beside the Las Vegas Motor Speedway at the Burnout RV Lot – which is reserved camping located next to the drag strip behind the general admission grandstands.  Race tickets are required in order to camp in this lot.Or you can camp in style for the 2019 Dodge NHRA Nationals with a Trackside RV lot spot. This coveted camping area overlooks all of the action on the drag strip. You can witness your favorite NHRA drivers up close and personal as they speed past your RV site. Parking positions are extremely limited, so make sure to reserve one of the most unique camping experiences any drag strip can offer. (Price increases during week of event).

The NHRA Finals start on November 14thand run through the final day, Sunday, November 17that the Auto Club NHRA Finals Race in Pomona, CA. The season concludes where it began with an event traditionally laced with drama. The race typically enjoys seasonably cool temperatures that translate into perfect racing conditions and a spectacular, no-holds-barred battle for the prestigious NHRA Mello Yello world championships. Saturday morning’s schedule includes Nitro School®– with Alan Reinhart and Robert Hight at 10:15 am. It’s a good bet that the titles will still be in doubt at the beginning of the season’s final day on Sunday.

As in many NHRA venues, every ticket is a Pit Pass, and racers will top 330 mph as they race their more than 11,000 horsepower dragsters.

Don’t miss the amazingly fast-paced action as the top racers compete for the world championships to win the trophies on this home track to the NHRA.
